Affiliate Program — Terms of Use

By joining the Track That Rupee affiliate program (the “Program”), you (the “Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms below as well as any other policies posted at https://store.moneytheory.in (collectively, the “Agreement”). The Program is operated by Money Theory ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to every term in this Agreement, do not participate in the Program. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modified terms we may publish from time to time.

1. Commission Structure

• Earn 50 % commission on each successful sale generated through your unique referral link.
• The current product price is ₹ 1,949; commissions are calculated on the final sale price after discounts, if any.

2. Refund Policy & Grace Period

• Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Commissions become eligible for payout only after a 14‑day grace period to cover potential refunds.
• If a refund is issued, the associated commission is void.

3. Payout Eligibility & Timeline

• Minimum payout threshold: ₹ 1,000.
• Payouts are made manually via UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer, using the payout details you provide.
• All eligible commissions accumulated in a calendar month are paid during the first week of the following month (e.g. commissions earned in August 2025 are paid in the first week of September 2025).

4. Affiliate Conduct

• Self‑referrals (purchasing through your own link) are prohibited and will void the commission.
• Avoid spam, misleading claims, or deceptive promotion practices. Honest representation is required.
• We may review or remove affiliates at any time for breach of these terms or bad‑faith activity.

5. Referral Tracking (Cookie Window)

Referrals are tracked for 60 days via browser cookies. Sales completed after this window are credited only if the customer clicks your referral link again.

6. Payout Information

Provide accurate payout details using the official Google Form supplied after registration. Incorrect or missing information may delay or void payouts. You can update your details at any time by emailing hello@moneytheory.in.

7. Program Changes

Money Theory reserves the right to change commission rates, payout thresholds, or any other Program terms at its sole discretion, or to pause or discontinue the Program with prior notice. Significant updates will be communicated to affiliates via email.

8. Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by notifying us. Money Theory may remove any affiliate who violates these terms or acts in bad faith; unpaid commissions may be withheld in such cases.

9. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Nothing herein creates an employment, agency, or joint‑venture relationship.

10. Disclaimer

Money Theory is not liable for tracking errors, technical issues, or affiliate mistakes affecting commissions. All commissions are paid inclusive of any applicable taxes. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance.
